Joshua Silverman is a dedicated attorney with a strong background in criminal and family law. A 2001 graduate of the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law, Joshua spent five years as a prosecutor in Gainesville, gaining valuable experience in child abuse, domestic violence, sexual offenses, and a wide range of criminal cases and is known for his skill as a litigator. Beyond his legal work, he’s been actively involved in the legal community, serving on the Executive Board of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and as a Barrister with the James C. Adkins, Jr. American Inns of Court, where he helped the organization reach platinum level for excellence.

Stephanie Mack has been a board-certified family law attorney since 2011, specializing in marital and family law. Board certification is a prestigious distinction awarded by The Florida Bar, recognizing the highest level of expertise and competency in a specific area of law. To earn this certification, attorneys must have at least five years of experience, demonstrate significant involvement in the field, pass a rigorous exam, and undergo a peer review process. Only 5% of Florida Bar members achieve this certification. For Ms. Mack, family law isn’t just about legal expertise—she believes in combining her zealous advocacy with a deeply personalized approach, understanding the emotional complexities clients face. She takes pride in offering a holistic service, guiding clients through these challenging times with care and dedication. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys scary movies and spending time with her pets, Millie and Bobbie.

Kristianna Cucinella has almost a decade of experience practicing family law with Silverman & Mack. A member of the Florida Bar since 2011, Kristianna tries to approach all clients with empathy and compassion. As a certified family law mediator and a member of the Court Services Mediator list for the 8th Circuit, Kristianna is also able to assist with mediating circuit family law cases. When she’s not in the courtroom or negotiating settlements, Kristianna enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family.
